Digital forensics incident response plan - Diagram 2

 Incident Response Plan

In accordance to the data provided by the Identity Theft Research Centre, "2017 saw 1,579 data breaches---a record high, and an almost 45 percent increase from the previous year"(Teplow, 2018)
An incident response plan is a group of instructions which could aid investigators in responding to incidents in an efficient manner.
This plan isn't necessarily fixed and a new one could be made by any organisation as long as it meets their goals and helps prevent disasters in the event of a security breach. However, the diagram I illustrated below shows the one which is derived from the template recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST) in their special publication 800-61 which is called the 'Computer Security Incident Handling Guide'.

  1. Hi Saleh,

Very illustrative diagram, but try to enhance the arrows by increasing their size and making them thicker.
